I am a civil engineer with hands-on experience across construction management, real estate, and business development — with projects spanning Iran and Georgia over the past two decades.
I founded RGC Company, a real estate and short-term rental business operating in Georgia, and Modular Complex Georgia, focused on prefabricated and modular home manufacturing. Both companies grew from identifying a genuine gap in the market and building something practical to fill it.
